A design derived from the adjacent townhouse stock in historic Old Town Alexandria, this project of five single family homes aims to combine all the amenities of modern 21st century living with an aesthetic that while modern is harmonious with its neighbors.  With large expanses of glass, minimal subdivided interiors, and a stately street presence, these townhomes combine modern, green design with forms inspired by the neighboring traditional townhouses and provides the perfect blend of both modern and traditional features.
